Dr. Udara Sampath Gunawardhana is an MBBS-qualified medical professional and an innovative leader with over two decades of industry-related experience. In addition to his clinical background, he provides consultancy services to clients in the United States and Europe, with a focus on holistic well-being of the mind, body, and spirit, informed by Ayurveda principles and Buddhist philosophy.
As Chairman of Megha One Palace (Pvt) Ltd, he provides strategic direction and long-term vision, guiding the organization with a strong commitment to responsible growth, quality, and sustainable impact.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Buddhika Nirmala is a results-driven executive with 25 years of cross-industry experience spanning agriculture projects, construction, industrial manufacturing, infrastructure development, and manufacturing operations. He has led and managed P&L responsibility for multimillion-dollar portfolios for more than 15 years, with a strong focus on operational performance and scalable execution.
He holds an MBA, BBA, HDM, ADMM and LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT manufacturing. In addition to his corporate leadership, he is a national-level cricketer and a Level 1 cricket coach, reflecting strong team leadership and performance discipline.

Dr. Nanda Gunawardhana, an illustrious alumnus of the University of Peradeniya and Baylor University, USA, has distinguished himself in academia, particularly in Science, Engineering, and Technology. His exemplary work, including over 150 research publications and significant editorial contributions to academic books, has earned him global recognition and numerous accolades, including the Best Young Scientist Award in Sri Lanka (2015) and multiple Presidential Awards. Notably, his tenure as a JSPS postdoctoral fellow in Japan underscores his international impact. Dr. Gunawardhana's commitment to advancing education is evident through his roles as Associate Editor and Editor-in-Chief of esteemed journals, his active participation in global academic discourse, and his dedication to mentoring and elevating young scholars in Sri Lanka.

Dr. Dammika Abeygunawardena is a highly respected senior professional with more than three decades of experience across the Ayurveda sector, research, and institutional leadership in Sri Lanka. He holds advanced academic and professional qualifications including BAMS, DAHM, MSc, and D.Litt., and is recognized for his strong capabilities in Research and Development.
